If you are new in elevator industry, if you want to buy elevators from China ? What details you should give to suppliers? How the process will go step by step? NOW WE WILL CLARIFY IT FOR YOU.

Step 1. Free Consult Online ( by official email) :

You should let’s know your request details as below:

Passenger lift or home lift or cargo lift or panoramic lift or hospital bed lift or car lift
With machine room (MR) or without machine room(MRL)
Loading Capacity (how many persons)
Floor number and lift stop number
Rated Speed
Shaft size ( W*D, OH, Pit depth, each floor height)
The landing door material is Hairline S.Steel or Painted steel?
Landing door with fireproof or not?
ARD need or not?
Filter in the control cabinet needs or not?
Is there any other special request? ( eg, voltage is 3ph 380V or 3ph 220V ...)

Item (1) ~(5) is a must if you need approx price, other items will be better for you to get a more exact price for your elevator.

Step 2. Get Your Free Quotation:

We will offer you with our quotation list according to your details that you supplied to us in STEP 1. The more information that you supplied , the more accurate price you will get. Click here to get free quotation.

Step 3. Commercial and technical negotiation:

Commercial issue: Normally the trade terms are CFR or CIF, which means the supplier will be responsible for the transportation work. And the payment terms are 30% TT as a down payment, 70% TT 20days before delivery. Payment way is all by T/T and only by L/C for Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Algeria.

Technical issue: Both sides carefully check and confirm project specifications again in order to avoid misunderstanding due to language communication or writing mistakes.

Step 4. Place an Order:

If there is not any doubt, the supplier will send you the PI (Proforma Invoice), and then two parties sign the contract. If you are from Russia or Germany or Spain, our PI and Contract will be in two languages including the English version and the language mentioned above.

Step 5. Process of Elevator Production:

We will arrange to start production as soon as receiving your signed sales contract and down payment. The latest news about production will be updated and informed to you during the production.

Step 6. Spare parts quality inspection before delivery:

All of the main spare parts will be tested before package, including the elevator motor, controller, door operator and other electronic spare parts. Our inspection department will check and confirm one by one spare part and even that we will also take pictures for each parts in order to assure that there is not any wrong sending mistakes.

Step 7. Elevator Delivery:

We will arrange the delivery as the terms in the contract after the confirmation by the elevator buyer.

Step 8. Elevator Custom Clearance:

We will supply and deliver all the necessary shipping documents to the elevator buyer and assure that the buyer do a smooth customs clearance. If you are from Russia and not professional in customs clearance, we can also supply some special service to you. All in all we are enough professional in dealing with all the problems that may happen.

Step 9. After-sales Service and Support:
